BREWMOIRE is a small roastery with a simple thesis: coffee is a signal from the farm, and our job is to pass it on with as little loss as possible.

What we optimize for

Three rules

Roast small, roast often

Twelve kilos per batch, every Monday. Small loops mean every bag ships days — not months — after the drum.

Label everything

Origin, process, roast date, recipe starting point. If it affects the cup, it is printed on the bag.

Pay for quality

We buy from washing stations and importers who publish their pricing, and we publish what we pay per lot in the journal.

From cherry to cup

How a lot becomes a bag

  1. Sourcing

    Each season we cup dozens of samples and keep the shelf small: three single origins, two blends, one decaf.

  2. Roasting

    Every coffee gets its own profile, logged and repeated. Light enough to keep origin character, developed enough to brew forgivingly.

  3. Shipping

    Bags are sealed with a roast date, ground to order if you ask, and shipped the same week they were roasted.
