Subscription questions
Can I choose which coffees arrive?
Yes. The default is the roaster's pick from the current rotation, but you can pin a favorite coffee or exclude categories (for example, dark roasts) from your account.
When am I charged?
On the Friday before each roast cycle. You get a reminder email two days earlier — enough time to skip or swap.
How do I pause or cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, effective from the next cycle. No calls, no retention scripts, no fees.
