Brewing recommendation
Start at 1:16 — 20 g of coffee to 320 g of water at 94 °C. On a flat-bottom dripper: 60 g bloom for 35 seconds, then two even pours. Aim for a total brew time around 2:50. If it tastes sharp, grind a step finer; if it turns bitter, go coarser.
