Orders

When will my order be roasted and shipped?

We roast every Monday. Orders placed before Sunday midnight go onto that roast; everything ships within the same week with tracking.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Until the coffee is roasted, yes — reply to your order email or use the contact form. After roasting, the order is yours, but we can adjust the next one.

Do you grind to order?

Yes: whole bean, filter, espresso, or French press. Grinding happens minutes before the bag is sealed.

Shipping & returns

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is €4.50 and free over €45. Express is €9. Subscription deliveries always ship free.

Where do you deliver?

This demo lists EU countries at checkout. In your store, connect the checkout to your commerce platform and configure real zones there.

What is the return policy?

Unopened bags and unused gear can be returned within 30 days. If a coffee arrives damaged or tastes off, tell us — we replace it, no forms.

Subscription

How does the discount work?

Every subscription bag is 10% off the shelf price, and shipping is free. The discount applies automatically for as long as the plan is active.

Can I swap coffees between deliveries?

Yes — pin a favorite, exclude roast styles, or let the roaster pick from the current rotation. Changes apply from the next cycle.

How do I pause or cancel?

From your account, effective from the next roast cycle. No fees, no phone calls.

Brewing

What recipe should I start with?

1:16 — for example 20 g of coffee to 320 g of water just off the boil. Each bag prints its own starting point; the grind guide covers the rest.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Peak flavor is roughly days 5–35 after the roast date for filter, a bit later for espresso. Keep the bag sealed, cool, and away from light.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean if you own a grinder — it buys you weeks of freshness. If not, we grind to your method right before shipping.
